Just a reminder, this Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law which we will always adhere by.
RefundsIf you change your mind prior to the processing and Dispatch of your Order, we can generally cancel your Order and actioned a Refund. ALL Refunds are subject to the approval of the Office Manager and/or Directors and can take up to 3-5 Business Days for review and approval.
Refunds to Dispatched & Processed Orders will have associated return Freight costs deducted from the total refund value returning to the Customer.
A Bushwakka Representative will advise of the return process once refund approval has been received. It is expected of the Customer to assist Bushwakka in returning your Order i.e. printing and attaching return labels, placing the items outside for collection etc.
A Refund will not be released until the items are received by our Warehouse Team and escalated to Management for processing.
Note: this entire process can take up to 3-4 Weeks. Once the Refund is released, it can take up to 3-5 Business Days to appear in your respective Account and will be returned to the same payment method of the Original Order.
